Many educators have heard about Design Theory, which ultimately evolved into Design Thinking. This originated at Stanford University when two well known professors sketched out a philosophy that grew into a design school. However, while the concept is talked about, few know how to embed the skills into the classroom. Design Thinking can be used in all aspects of life that require problem solving and while schools are using this in the classroom, it can also be integrated into all arenas of the school life. You will leave this workshop with innovative strategies to solve old and new problems.

All participants will receive a certificate of completion for 45 clock hours of professional development. Graduate credit is available to eligible participants.
